CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Garry’s primary role is to support the needs of key customers classified as national accounts. Garry will be promoting sales and marketing for all after market and new tower products requiring a high level of coordination and networking with emphasis on large electric utilities. The main objectives of the assignment are to forge partnerships and alliances while promoting the capabilities of EvapTech and assuring that EvapTech is responsive.
Garry’s main responsibilities include generating and supporting sales activity for select national account customers with an emphasis on supplier agreements and negotiated General Terms and Conditions. Other responsibilities include contributing to product development efforts, providing product feedback, and diagnosis of customer concerns and claims.

- 2003 to 2009: – G.Belt and Associates.LLC – President – Consulting Services for Cooling Solutions. Managed relationship building with assigned consulting agreements for industrial and power industry customers.

Responsible for Southeast, Mid-Atlantic and Puerto regions for Wet and Dry Cooling – Develop revenue and EVA goals and plan for the RBU and its team members. Direct leadership to sales force, construction teams, service organization and operations support.

1998 to 2002: – Marley Cooling Technologies, Operations Manager Southeast Business Unit Support and over see the activities of sales, construction, and production activities by assuring all projects were administered, shipped, and installed as processed within Marley RBU.

1984 to 1998: – Marley Cooling Tower Company - Senior Reconstruction Specialist. Responsible for inspecting and proposing cooling tower repairs for the territory of southeast United States.

1981 to 1984: – Marley Cooling Tower Company – Precast Plant Manager. Responsible for precast plant for producing components for the Palo Verde Nuclear Plant and Houston Power & Light Parish Eight concrete cooling towers.
