CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Frank’s primary role is to manage sales and marketing functions involving new towers, after market services, and parts/components in the Northeast Region. The main objectives of the assignment are to promote the capabilities of EvapTech, assure that EvapTech is responsive to customer and representative requests, and coordinate the company’s proposed solutions.
Frank’s main responsibilities include generating and supporting sales activity in the assigned region. His responsibilities also include product and application training and education for customers and EvapTech sales representatives, conducting inspections and interviews to define customer requirements, and generating responsive proposals.
Other responsibilities include product development feedback and diagnosis of customer complaints and warranty claims.
