CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Mark is responsible for all of EvapTech’s operations. Mark is also involved in the sale and management of large scale cooling tower projects. These projects include both new and replacement tower applications and major reconstruction scopes of work. Mark is also responsible for EvapTech's global expansion.
Other responsibilities include strategic and annual business planning, risk management, product development, and interface with other EvapTech resources.

Extensive cooling tower and power industry experience acquired since 1980 involving a variety of assignments with cooling tower manufacturers/contractors as follows:
- 2006 to Present: EvapTech, President
- 2005 to 2006: Continental Disc, Vice President Sales – Accountable for global sales efforts for a pressure relief device manufacturer. Worldwide offices in The United States, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Promoted services in new markets and expanded sales representative network to assure effective customer coverage and satisfaction. Increased revenues 18% in one year.
- 2002 to 2004: Marley Cooling Tower Company, President Asian Operations – Accountable for $85 million division consisting of 8 businesses in six countries throughout Asia for a global cooling tower manufacturer. Full P/L responsibility. Sales, engineering, manufacturing, and construction functions within the businesses. Doubled revenue and profitability year over year.
- 2000 to 2002: Marley Cooling Tower Company, Vice President Field Erected Products – Accountable for sales and project management of new industrial and power cooling towers.
- 1997 to 2000: Aqua-Cool Towers, Managing Director – Accountable for all facets of a full line cooling tower company in Australia and New Zealand.
