- 2001 to 2004: Hamon Cooling Tower Company, Construction Manager AfterMarket Services – Accountable for project execution including the direction and supervision of field construction forces and activity. Personally managed a multi-million dollar natural draft repack at a nuclear power plant. Enhanced techniques to perform on-line cooling tower reconstruction.
- 1998 to 2001: Marley Cooling Tower Company, Division Manager Constructed Products – Accountable for division P/L; supervised headquarters staff managers and related construction operations for all field constructed products.
