CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Mike’s primary role is to manage the construction and project management functions of EvapTech. The main objectives of his assignment are to assure that projects are executed according to customer requirements, safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Mike’s main responsibilities include coordinating and directing the activities of EvapTech’s Field Superintendents, Project Managers, and Subcontractor partners.

Extensive cooling tower industry experience acquired since 1971 involving a variety of assignments with cooling tower manufacturers/contractors as follows:
- 2005 to Present: EvapTech, Vice President Construction
- 2001 to 2004: Hamon Cooling Tower Company, Construction Manager AfterMarket Services – Accountable for project execution including the direction and supervision of field construction forces and activity. Personally managed a multi-million dollar natural draft repack at a nuclear power plant. Enhanced techniques to perform on-line cooling tower reconstruction.
- 1998 to 2001: Marley Cooling Tower Company, Division Manager Constructed Products – Accountable for division P/L; supervised headquarters staff managers and related construction operations for all field constructed products. Products and services included large cooling tower reconstruction and all field erected new towers.
- 1996 to 1998: Marley Cooling Tower Company, Vice President Reconstruction – Accountable for sales support and project execution for all reconstruction, repair, and parts orders.
- 1985 to 1996: Xcel, President (construction company) – Responsible for developing and growing a non-union cooling tower field construction operation.
