CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Joe’s primary role is to manage operations for EvapTech. The main objectives of his assignment are to assure that EvapTech executes efficiently, applies superior engineering practices and technology and appropriately applies the Team’s Know-How, resulting in value added solutions to satisfy customer demands.

Joe’s main responsibilities include coordinating and directing the activities of EvapTech’s project management team as well as managing key supplier relationships. His responsibilities also include strategic and annual business planning, risk management, product development, and coordination with other EvapTech resources. Joe’s secondary duties include process redesign, business systems implementation, quality initiatives, and operations staff development.

RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE

Extensive cooling tower industry experience acquired since 1970 involving a variety of assignments with cooling tower manufacturers/contractors as follows:

  • 2005 to Present: EvapTech, Vice President Operations
  • 2001 to 2004:  Hamon Cooling Tower Company, Vice President Operations, AfterMarket Services – Accountable for expanding the after market services offering for a global cooling tower manufacturer. First year sales growth was four-fold. Obtained ISO certification for business unit.
  • 1996 to 2001:  Marley Cooling Tower Company, General Manager of business unit – P/L responsibility and direct operational responsibility for Strategic Development, Marketing, Product Development, Order Management, and Product Engineering including direct responsibility for a subsidiary operation and the manufacturing operations of two facilities.
  • 1986 to 1996:  Marley Cooling Tower Company, Engineering Operations Manager – Direct responsibility for product and project engineering and engineering automation implementation.
  • 1981 to 1986:  Marley Cooling Tower Company, Engineering Department Manager
