The company is staffed with well trained and attentive customer service staff. They are available on a 24 hour 7 days a week basis.

The company staff is as follows:

Steve Fischer is the President of Fischer Equipment. Steve succeeds his grandfather and father who established and developed the company. Steve works closely with EPC firms and industrial and utility customers on cooling tower and boiler sales. Steve has been with Fischer Equipment for over 22 years.

Rick Klein is Vice President with territorial responsibilities in Louisiana. Rick specializes in working with industrial and utility customers on cooling tower and boiler sales. Rick has been with Fischer Equipment for over 33 years.

Mark Scheuermann is Vice President with territorial responsibilities in Louisiana and Southern Mississippi. Mark works closely with the customers in his territory to solve cooling tower and boiler problems. Mark has been with Fischer Equipment for over 25 years.

Robert Coe is Vice President with territorial responsibilities in Louisiana and Southern Mississippi. Robert specializes in complex HVAC projects as well as field erected cooling tower sales and repair.  Robert has been with Fischer Equipment for over 20 years.

Steve Houte is the Parts Sales Manager for Fischer Equipment. Steve solves complex parts replacement issues for the entire territory. His experience is necessary to assure that the correct parts are shipped for emergencies as well as restocking spares. Steve has been with Fischer Equipment for over 12 years.

Susan Duvieilh is the Sales Assistant for Fischer Equipment. Susan works with all of the Fischer sales associates regarding equipment selections, pricing estimates, and submittals. Susan has been with Fischer Equipment for over 11 years.
