The key personnel for the company are as follows: Rick Sparrow is the president of Lathrop-Trotter. Rick graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Kentucky. Rick started with Lathrop-Trotter in 1977 after working in a coal fired power plant for a couple of years. In 2006 he took over as President of Lathrop-Trotter where he has guided them to their most successful years in history. Steve Schneider complements Rick as the Executive Vice-President and CFO. Steve came to Lathrop-Trotter in 1996 after an extensive career in dampers and expansion joints. He has worked very successfully with the utilities at the plant and corporate level. Steve Beegle is the newest principal at Lathrop-Trotter. Steve joined Lathrop-Trotter in 1999 immediately after graduating from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He began on Lathrop-Trotter’s HVAC side of the business, but has become involved with the power and industrial customers for the past four years. Martin Bibb covers several of the industrial plants as well as utilities for Lathrop-Trotter. Martin came to Lathrop-Trotter in 1997 with a degree from the University of Cincinnati.
